From 1,400 Pages to a Single Click: How Dakota State Put AI to Work on Graduation Audits
Dr. Andy Behrens, Assistant Professor, Dakota State University — joined by one of his students

DSU staff were reviewing DegreeWorks audits by hand, sometimes in batches of more than 1,400 pages. RegFlow, a purpose-built AI solution with human review at every step, now processes an entire graduating class instantly and saves staff more than 100 hours a year. What began as one staff member's frustration is now a Provost-endorsed initiative.
