Customer Success Manager (CSM)

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is energized by a fast-paced, growth-minded environment. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a highly visible role, responsible for ensuring overall customer satisfaction, implementation, and renewal of Datatelligent’s DAaaS solutions. A successful CSM will build and maintain relationships while serving as a primary point of contact for customers.

  • Take responsibility for overall solution delivery for the customer(s).
  • Work alongside sales and solutions teams to help customers maximize their Datatelligent investment.
  • Educate customers on our value, process, and best practices by acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive account renewals and growth while addressing customer needs.
  • Establish credibility and relationships with our customer stakeholders with the goal to
    be seen as a partner – not just a provider.
  • Establish business requirements for success while also overseeing solution design to meet requirements.
  • Serve as a customer advocate and primary point of communication.
  • Ensure customer adoption & success by focusing on account health, roadmap, renewals, and expansion opportunities – collaborating with the Sales Account Manager as needed.
  • Lead customer onboarding & development of Customer Success Plan – collaborating with the Sales Account Manager as needed.
  • Lead quarterly subscription reviews – collaborating with the Sales Account Manager as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    Minimum 2 years of experience in a specific area, such as IT, higher education, or nonprofit industry
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a professional customer service facing role
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization platforms, preferably Tableau and Power BI
  • Ability to take initiative and be resourceful while working both independently, and as a member of a team
  • Impeccable organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to work remotely (some office time may be required)
  • Expertise at developing and maintaining relationships, particularly with senior leadership and C-level positions

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Datatelligent is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. This is a highly visible, collaborative position that is responsible for generating net-new sales pipeline each quarter. The BDM will take a creative and strategic approach to outreach to potential new customers in the higher education and non-profits markets. In this role, the BDM will identify, develop, and create new business opportunities in net-new accounts and support marketing and lead generation efforts.   • Work with Datatelligent leadership to produce innovative strategies to identify and acquire new customers
  • Identify and generate new business through defined sales activities such as prospecting into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social outreach strategies
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Sales Account Managers (SAMs) and our Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
  • Be accountable for meeting sales targets
  • Be an evangelist of the Datatelligent solutions
  • Work with Partner organizations (Tableau and Snowflake) on targeted campaigns
  • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
  • Utilized CRM (HubSpot) to maintain leads, log activities and next steps with each prospect, both at the account level and the contact level
  • Lead the development of the Business Development processes, systems and team
  • Experience in sales and account management, preferably business to business (B2B) sales
  • Desire to set sales meetings with key decision-makers at prospective companies and targeted accounts
  • Ability to build rapport and develop long-term business relationships with prospects over the course of an extended sales cycle
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with directors, presidents and CEOs
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, ability to take initiative and be resourceful while working both independently and as a member of a team
  • High organization skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work remotely (some office time may be required)

Solutions Architect - Power BI

Datatelligent is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our fast-growing company building custom data analytic solutions. A successful Solutions Architect will lead the development, deployment, administration, and integration of data analytics solutions. You will work with our team and customers to build and implement solutions to meet our customer’s data analytics needs. Hours are flexible and work can be done remotely.   • Design and architect data analytics solutions including visualization/reporting using a variety of tools including Power BI
  • Lead Solutions Engineers in the development of data analytics solutions
  • Participate in solution design discussions with business users and cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with project management teams to successfully meet project milestones
  • Assist in managing project tasks as needed
  • Debug and fix technical issues. Able to act as a focal point during critical situations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Analytics, Computer Science or other data-oriented disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience using Power BI to develop analytic solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies like Azure, Snowflake, AWS.

Data Solutions Engineer

Datatelligent is seeking a Data Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing company building custom data analytics solutions. A successful Data Solutions Engineer will assist in the development, deployment, administration, and integration of data analytics solutions. You will work with our team and customers to build and implement solutions to meet our customer’s data analytics needs. Hours are flexible and work can be done remotely. Start immediately on a part-time basis, with the option for more hours as we grow. Regardless of how much you work, you’ll make an impact on our growth! This position is part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) and can be completed remotely.

  • Participate in solution design discussions with business users and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop data analytics solutions, including data engineering using a variety of database tools, including Azure SQL and Snowflake.
  • Obtain feedback from team members, reduce risks, and provide technical help. 
  • Debug and fix technical issues. Act as a focal point during critical situations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Data Analytics, Computer Science or other data-oriented disciplines
  • Experience with databases and SQL language.
  • Comfort in meeting with customers and peers to explore requirements and new ideas
